Thank you so much for allowing us to journey with you through this special time in your life! Please be sure that you have clearance from your healthcare provider to exercise during pregnancy.
All you will need is comfortable clothing and footwear to move in, water, and an exercise/yoga mat. Everything else will be provided to you in class.
